Book a consult so we can chat. This is crucial for me to figure out your past, present, and future needs and goals, and of course for you to get to know me.  

Once we are finished with the consultation , we are good to start training! 

Remember to track all your food you eat in the first week so we can get you started on a nutrition plan customized to your likes, dislikes and goals
